2.2 Full Refunds

Eligibility: Customers may request a full refund if they are dissatisfied with the service provided, and if they notify us within 30 days of the service completion. The reasons for dissatisfaction must be explained in detail to facilitate the review of the request.

Limitation: Refunds will not be issued if pests re-enter after the service guarantee period has lapsed or if the instructions provided post-service were not followed by the customer.
2.3 Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be issued in cases where not all services outlined in the service agreement were completed due to circumstances beyond our control. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund request, customers must contact Ecolife Pest Control by phone or email, providing details of the service and the reason for the refund.
